    Servant Leadership

    Great Leaders Are Not Developed By Accident. It Takes Purpose, Passion, A Plan And A Process. It’s A Journey That Never Ends.

     

    Bill Flint, the author of the bestselling book, The Journey to Competitive Advantage Through Servant Leadership will share what he learned during his own personal leadership journey of moving from a selfish leader to a servant leader during a successful 38 year business career. During his presentation he will cover:

    •        Why is the idea of implementing servant leadership a challenge for so many companies and leaders?

    •        Most leaders when first promoted have a vision of making a difference. Why do so many fail?

    •        The Servant leadership journey starts with how you view your people and strategy. What is a servant leader’s view?

    •        What does it take to develop an environment of caring, mutual trust and respect between the workforce and leadership?

    •        Why do most leadership development and training programs fail to accomplish their goals?

    •        How do you build an environment of accountability for the results? Becoming a good steward of both the people and the bottom line? It’s not an either or.

    •        How does servant leadership philosophy and principles bring a new energy and momentum to the continuous improvement process?


     

    Lunch will include a hot and cold buffet with soup, salad and dessert bar.

    Registration is required – please register even if you have prepaid your meeting fees!
